Terms and Conditions

Online Sales Contract: refers to the purchase agreement for goods sold by the Supplier to the Customer (as defined below) through distance selling via electronic means organized by the Supplier (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement").

Buyer or Customer: An individual who purchases goods under this Agreement for purposes unrelated to their trade or profession.Supplier: The entity selling the goods provided for under this Agreement.

Parties to the Agreement and Online Purchase AccessThe goods covered by these terms are sold by BD Retail Group, with its registered office located at 51, 53-1 Hanrapetutyan St., Yerevan, Republic of Armenia, P/I 0010.The Buyer (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") acknowledges that the purchase is for personal use and not for commercial, business, or professional purposes.Access to the online purchasing service is restricted to adults who possess a valid customer identification code and password. Providing false or misleading information during the registration process is strictly prohibited.
