Payment Methods

BD Retail Group accepts the following payment methods on this website:

Debit/Credit Card: Through our payment providers (fully secure).

Bank Transfer: If the customer chooses to pay via bank transfer, order processing will begin only after the payment is received.

Accepted Cards: ArCa, VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS.

Returns

Refunds will be issued immediately upon receipt of the returned items, in accordance with the procedure specified in the Return Form. The refund will be processed within 14 days from the date the returned goods are received. Please note that any additional shipping costs incurred are non-refundable and shall be borne by the customer. If necessary, any compensation will be provided to the customer within 14 days after BD Retail Group is informed of the reason for the refund right. Refunds will be issued via credit card transfer.

Exchanges

If a customer wishes to exchange an item or change its color/size, they must follow the return procedure and place a new order.

Security

All transactions are carried out exclusively through the 3D Secure system. The cardholder's data is fully protected.If the Cardholder's card currency does not match the transaction currency, the conversion is carried out according to the rules set by the relevant payment system and the Issuing Bank.
